Business and Corporate Law

Real Estate Law
Our office offers complete real estate transactional, closing and settlement services to lenders and individuals. In addition, we assist individuals selling their own homes; we prepare Sales and Purchase Agreements, review abstracts prepare title opinions and draft a full compliment of transfer documents.

Municipal Law
As Cedar Falls City Attorney since 1995, Gary Jones has provided a wide range of legal services and advice to the City of Cedar Falls. He has developed a base of knowledge in zoning, development, cable TV, human rights, civil service and prosecution, and has conducted numerous training sessions with the local police department on various topics.

Trusts, Estates, Wills and Probate

We provide basic estate planning such as Wills, Trusts (revocable and testamentary), Power of Attorney documents, Living Wills, etc. Our staff has over 20 years experience in the probating and settling of estates. We work with tax advisers, insurance agents and trust officers to provide quick and efficient resolution.
